To meet increasing regulatory and client demands, Landmass Geotechnical & Environmental Ltd has launched a specialized environmental monitoring unit in Abuja.

Environmental sustainability has become central to infrastructure delivery. Landmass’ new Abuja-based unit focuses on soil, air, and groundwater quality monitoring, supporting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and compliance audits.

The division is equipped with state-of-the-art analyzers and sampling tools, ensuring results conform to national standards set by NESREA and FMEnv. In addition to project-based services, the unit will assist clients with continuous site monitoring and pollution control strategies.

“This is a major step toward environmental stewardship in construction,” said the Managing Director.
The initiative aligns with Landmass’ broader vision of combining geotechnical excellence with environmental responsibility.
